Help modernise our machinery

At Hovicon, we work on high-quality metalworking every day. Our machinery consists of a combination of new and older CNC machines. This sometimes presents challenges, but above all offers plenty of scope for improvement.

That is why we are looking for a Senior CNC Specialist who not only operates machines but also helps to take our processes and machinery to the next level.

This is not a standard operator role, but a position for someone who thinks technically, optimises and provides direction.

What will you be doing

As a senior CNC specialist, you will be a key technical figure within our company.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up, programming and optimising CNC machines
• Analysing and improving production processes
• Contributing ideas on maintenance and technical improvements
• Providing support during breakdowns and technical issues
• Mentoring and training a junior CNC specialist
• Contributing ideas on future investments in machinery and tooling

Hovicon International compte environ 35 employés et se consacre à la fabrication de distributeurs (pompes) destinés au dosage de sauces, de vinaigrettes et de produits d’entretien.

Le nombre d’heures hebdomadaires est fixé d’un commun accord ; nous faisons preuve de souplesse à cet égard. Idéal à concilier avec des études ou la garde des enfants ! Votre travail quotidien consiste principalement à assembler nos distributeurs de sauce dans notre usine de Nieuwebrug/Vijfhuizen. Certaines pièces des distributeurs sont fabriquées à l’aide de tours à commande numérique (CNC). Si vous souhaitez apprendre à utiliser ces machines, vous pourrez le faire grâce à une formation interne.

• 15 à 38 heures par semaine ;
• Contrat à durée déterminée avec possibilité de passer à un contrat à durée indéterminée en cas de bons résultats;
• Un environnement de travail agréable au sein d’une petite équipe où la communication est directe
• Salaire en fonction de l’âge et de l’expérience ;
• 8 % de prime de vacances + 25 jours de congés par an (sur la base d’un temps de travail de 38 heures) ;
• Un excellent régime de retraite (convention collective du secteur Métal et Technique).
